Moist Cheesy Muffins

I so love baking in different variations of muffins!  This is the another version of it. Kids love cheese and so do I! Who doesn't?! And of course the chocolate chips to die for! lols.
Have fun baking!

Ingredients:

A) 2 cups All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt

B) 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/2 cup Milk ( I use whole fresh milk)
    1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
C) 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
     1 cup white sugar
     2 eggs
D) 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
     1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Procedure:

1) Pre heat oven to 325F (165C). Grease Muffin tins or place muffins cups to the baking pan.
2) Mix all the ingredients of A in a bowl.
3) Mix all the ingredients of B in another bowl.
4) Beat butter and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5) Combine and stir mixture A and B to C mixture until just well blended.
6) Fold in the 1/2 cup of cheese following the chocolate chips until just combined.
7) Pour batter into prepared muffin pan. Spread the remaining cheese on top of the batter.
8) Bake in the pre heated oven for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Makes 21 regular size muffins.

EASY Banana Muffins




Sharing to you  my freshly baked Moist Banana Muffins.
Some of them has walnuts on top.

Ingredients:

A) 2 cups All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt
B) 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
     1 tbs Milk ( I use whole fresh milk)
     1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
C) 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
     1 cup white sugar
     2 eggs
D) 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Procedure:
1) Pre heat oven to 325F (165C). Grease Muffin tins or place muffins cups to the baking pan.
2) Mix all the ingredients of A in a bowl.
3) Peel and mash the bananas in another bowl. Then  stir with milk and cinnamon
4) Beat butter and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5) Stir B mixture into C mixture.
6) Stir in A mixture until blended. Fold in Chocolate chips until just combined.
7) Pour batter into prepared muffin pan. Put walnut on top if desired.
8) Bake in the pre heated oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Makes 18 regular size muffins.
